Emergency & Mock Drill at BAPS Swaminarayan Herbal Care

BAPS Swaminarayan Herbal Care Manufacturing Unit, inspired by the divine guidance of His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj, produces a wide range of pure and potent ayurvedic and herbal formulations under the brand name ‘BAPS Amrut.’ To strengthen safety and preparedness, BAPS Herbal Care collaborated with Akshar Management Consultant for expert guidance in emergency planning and effective mock drill execution.

Emergency Preparedness Consultation

Akshar Management Consultant applied its extensive expertise in emergency preparedness to the BAPS Herbal Care manufacturing unit in Majara. Through a thorough consultation process, they outlined strategies and best practices to manage potential emergencies. This collaboration strengthened the unit’s safety protocols, enabling swift, organized responses to unforeseen incidents.

Classroom Training and Role-Based Responsibilities

To ensure everyone understood their roles during an emergency, Akshar Management Consultant conducted classroom training sessions. These sessions educated employees and workers on specific responsibilities, reinforcing the importance of each role in the effective execution of an Emergency & Mock Drill. Participants learned how their actions could impact the overall safety of the workplace, preparing them to respond efficiently and calmly.

Mock Drill Execution and Equipment Demonstration

Following the training, BAPS Herbal Care organized a full-scale Emergency & Mock Drill. Employees practiced responding to simulated emergencies, putting their training into action. At the conclusion of the drill, team members were guided through the proper usage of fire extinguishers, with a hands-on demonstration to ensure that each person felt confident in operating the equipment if needed.
