Amod Stampings Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1979 and grew into a technologically advanced organization with three different locations in Gujarat. The organization has been manufacturing CRGO lamination for transformers of various capacity. The organization also manufactures Toroidal Cores and Assembly for power industries.
Amod Stampings Pvt. Ltd. has been already certified for ISO 9001:2015.
Akshar Management Consultant has been corporate consultant for establishing, implementing and achieving certification for ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System) & ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) standards.
Through systematic study of hazard & risk associated with their work, emergency situations are identified at their work place. A document call Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan is prepared with all relevant information. A training to their core team responsible to manage emergency has been conducted with clear explanation of responsibility during emergency.
A mock fire has been planned in store resulting into smoke generation. It has been expected that fire team, first aid team to respond quickly and evacuation has been planned. Head count process has been executed at assembly point to ensure no one is missing. In conclusion, it has been learning experience to team of Amod Stamping and good response has been observed.
