The manufacturing division of Blue Star Limited has 6 locations doing manufacture split AC, water coolers, deep freezer/ cooler, cold storage and similar other refrigeration products. Akshar Management Consultant has been awarded this assignment to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 across all sites. We began this journey with an initial review in April 2022 and successfully completed the assignment by August 2022. Initially, we believed that BSL had six sites, which would make IMS implementation a time-consuming process. However, with the support of BSL’s dedicated young team and their commitment, we were able to surpass expectations and complete the task ahead of the projected timeline.
