AKSHAR Management Consultant gladly announces the completion of IMS Documentation & Awareness training at Aarti Industries Ltd, Dahej (Saffron Division). Our team was called again due to the excellent methodology of teaching and well-researched content developed by the faculty.

The training took place on-site at Aarti Industries, Dahej. Akshar Management Consultant was called again to provide training at Aarti Industries, as the previous training was a great success. Our team has previously provided training to other branches of the same industry.

It was a 2 full-day training program that was planned minutely to align with the client’s goals and requirements. The session started with a brief review of our client followed by a gap assessment of the system. The main session of the training was making the core team understand the importance of IMS documentation & providing them awareness about the same.

The session was highly interactive with lots of activities for a better understanding of the IMS document preparation, making the process easy to understand and implement. Easy-to-understand tips on document preparation were provided by the faculty to keep the session interesting and making it fruitful session. Activities like creating various IMS documents like Environment Aspect & Impact, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Quality Risk & Opportunity, etc were carried out. This training is a highly demanding program for a lot of industries looking for ISO certification.
