The manufacturing division of Blue Star Limited has 6 locations doing manufacture split AC, water coolers, deep freezer/ cooler, cold storage and similar other refrigeration products. Akshar Management Consultant has been awarded this assignment to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 across all sites. We started this journey with an initial review in the month of April 2022 and completed the assignment in Aug 2022. We were under impression that BSL has total 6 sites where IMS implementation would be time consuming, but with help of support of young team from BSL and commitment, we would able to achieve before the target time frame.
