This significant milestone was achieved in a remarkably short duration, thanks to the expertise and dedication of Akshar Management Consultant’s team. The transition included comprehensive Internal Auditor Training to ensure full compliance with all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, further solidifying Vishav Components’ commitment to quality and excellence.

Vishav Components Pvt. Ltd. began its journey as Merchant Exporters of machined components, catering primarily to OEM manufacturers of various valves and pumps in the USA and Singapore. Some of their components also found their way to auto ancillaries, underscoring the company’s versatile capabilities. Recognizing the need to expand and enhance their manufacturing capabilities, Vishav Components, in partnership with their sister company in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, established their own manufacturing facilities in 2002. This marked a significant step in their evolution, allowing them to better control quality and meet the increasing demands of their international clientele.

The manufacturing operations were initiated at E-70 EPIP Zone, GIDC Manjusar, with a strategic plan to gradually upgrade their facilities. Starting with basic machines, the company has since aimed to incorporate advanced CNC Machining Centers to enhance precision and efficiency. Presently, Vishav Components focuses exclusively on exports, with a strong market presence in the USA.

The recent Internal Auditor Training conducted by Akshar Management Consultant ensures that Vishav Components’ QMS is robust and fully aligned with the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards. This training not only prepares the company for rigorous audits but also instills a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to international quality benchmarks.
