Over the decades, ISCPL has expanded its production capabilities, becoming a leading manufacturer of hazardous chemicals such as Dimethyl Sulphate (DMS), Diethyl Sulphate (DES), Diethyl Ether, and Alkylated Anilines.

Training on Hazard & Risk : Their state-of-the-art facility in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, also produces Sulphuric Acid, Liquid SO3, Chlorosulphonic Acid, Oleums, and Battery Grade Acid.

To ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality management, ISCPL partnered with Akshar Management Consultant for transitioning their Integrated Management System (IMS) to the 2015 edition. This transition included a comprehensive revision of documentation, particularly focusing on Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Environmental Aspect & Impact (EAI) assessment, and the new documentation requirements for Quality Risk & Opportunity.

A full-day training session was conducted at ISCPL’s Ankleshwar facility for their core team, aimed at embedding the latest standards and best practices in their operations. The training covered critical aspects such as Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, enabling the team to systematically identify potential hazards and assess associated risks in their manufacturing processes. Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment was another focus area, ensuring that ISCPL’s operations minimize adverse environmental impacts and comply with regulatory requirements. Quality Risk & Opportunity analysis was also a key component, providing the team with tools to identify potential quality issues and opportunities for improvement, thereby enhancing overall product quality and customer satisfaction.

The session also detailed IMS Documentation Requirements, guiding the team in maintaining comprehensive and compliant documentation. This training is a testament to ISCPL’s commitment to maintaining high standards in safety, environmental management, and quality, reinforcing their position as a global leader in the chemicals industry.
