Since 2016, Akshar Management Consultant has partnered with Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd at their Kutch unit, leading them through ISO training as part of our commitment to streamlined, high-impact consulting. We started with an initial assessment, involving site visits and comprehensive evaluations of the client’s products, processes, and practices. This detailed analysis enabled us to train a core team to align with ISO standards and meet essential documentation requirements.

Our approach focused on hands-on collaboration. By engaging directly with each function and department, we supported the team in completing critical documentation, such as environmental aspect and impact studies, hazard and risk assessments, and the identification of risks, opportunities, and safety procedures. With these documents finalized, the stage was set for implementation.

To facilitate smooth execution, we trained the core team on conducting internal audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. This comprehensive Transition Training Awareness program covered essential areas, including:

– Structure and overview of ISO 45001:2018
– Annex SL framework and updates
– Key principles of management systems
– Detailed, clause-by-clause standard explanations
– Effective audit planning, reporting, and follow-up

The training sessions included classroom exercises, homework reviews, and a final assessment. Successful candidates will earn certification as internal auditors for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

As a final step, we are now initiating the witness process for the client’s internal audit to ensure effective implementation.
