This training includes problem solving techniques through 7 QC Tools. This training was conducted for two days, for 4 hours training basis. Various exercises were conducted during this training on all 7 quality control tools for better understanding and practical application in daily work.
7 QC Tools arose in Japan, inspired by the seven famous weapons of Benkei. It was introduced by Kaoru Ishikawa for problem solving and process improvements of organisations. These seven tools are,
