Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd – Kutch + Chhatral + Indrad Units has Completed Transition and Integration successfully. ‘Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd.’, duly incorporated into a public limited company and registered in September 1983. Akshar Management Consultant has been selected for integration and transition of their existing management systems and completed transition successfully. Earliest, RMTL had maintained three separate management systems i.e. QMS, EMS and OHSAS for their three locations i.e. Kutch, Chhatral and Indrad units. It was challenging assignment for team of Akshar Management Consultant headed by Kailash PARMAR. The assignment of integration was started in Oct 2017 with Kutch unit to understand existing management system, identification of gaps, setting of raod map with time based activities. The whole assignment has completed in 6 months duration with successful result. We are pleased to associate with RMTL.
