Akshar Management Consultant was called for out sourced IMS Audit at Aarti Industries Limited, Dahej (Neo Division). The team of Akshar management Consultant was called for offsite Internal audit from 11th to 13th of October,2022. The internal audit was 3 days long and covered every department in the premises.
The 3-day long out sourced IMS Audit comprised of a site tour, plant visits, noting down real-time observations, reviewing existing compliance of standard requirements, and completed documentation including quality risk assessment, hazard & OHS risk assessment, environmental aspect impact, etc.
After the completion of every plant visit that contained a number of observations, further compiled and discussed together in the closing meeting that was held in the presence of all the department heads (HODs). At the end of the day, through every department’s plant rounds, observations were discussed and the scenarios to improve were also provided. All the inputs provided by our team were positively accepted and highly appreciated by the management.
