TechnoLED’s Path to IMS Certification with Akshar Management Consultant

TechnoLED, a brand under Techno Electromech Pvt. Ltd. (TEPL), has been serving the lighting industry since 2008, specializing in high-power LED luminaires. To further enhance their quality, environmental, and safety standards, TechnoLED engaged Akshar Management Consultant for Integrated Management System (IMS) development and consultation services, aiming for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications. As part of this process, Akshar recently conducted an Internal Auditor Training at Hotel Suba Elite in Vadodara. This training focused on preparing TechnoLED’s team to meet rigorous IMS standards across Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management.

The Internal Auditor Training emphasized practical learning, enabling participants to apply their knowledge through hands-on exercises. These exercises were carefully designed to strengthen participants’ auditing skills and build a deeper understanding of documentation processes. Participants explored each standard in detail, working through clause-by-clause requirements and applying their learning to real-world scenarios.

A key element of the training was the final assessment, where candidates demonstrated their grasp of auditing standards through an online evaluation. This included multiple-choice questions, true/false statements, and exercises on clause identification. Those who successfully completed the assessment were certified as Internal Auditors, an achievement that recognized their competency in Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
