Internal Auditor Training on Quality, Environment, OH&S & EMS

Akshar Management Consultant (AMC) has been a trusted corporate consultant and trainer, consistently striving for excellence. Since 2014, AMC has had the privilege of collaborating with Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd (GNFC), contributing to their growth and development. Recently, GNFC has once again chosen AMC as their principal ISO consultant for the TDI Unit-2 at Dahej, with the goal of establishing, implementing, and achieving certification for four key standards:

– Quality Management System: ISO 9001:2015
– Environmental Management System: ISO 14001:2015
– Occupational Health & Safety Management System: ISO 45001:2018
– Energy Management System: ISO 50001:2018

AMC has actively participated in implementing the IMS system at GNFC’s Dahej Unit. The team first provided essential documentation and compliance requirements related to the IMS standards. Next, they conducted awareness training to ensure the team fully understood the intricacies of these standards. The training was completed twice, allowing the team to develop a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and effectively implement the systems.

As part of the process, AMC also conducted Internal Auditor Training for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001:2018. The training took place at the client’s location, where candidates were evaluated based on their understanding of the standards. The evaluation included an online assessment with multiple-choice questions, true/false statements, and clause identification exercises. In addition, throughout the internal auditor training sessions, various practical exercises were conducted, fostering deeper comprehension and application of the standards.

Through these efforts, AMC continues to support GNFC in their pursuit of operational excellence, ensuring their systems align with international standards and foster continuous improvement across their operations.
