It was a 2 full-day training program that was planned minutely to align with the client’s goals and requirements. The session started with a brief review of our client followed by a gap assessment of the system. The main session of the training was making the core team understand the importance of IMS documentation & providing them awareness about the same.

Activities like creating various IMS documents like Environment Aspect & Impact, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Quality Risk & Opportunity, etc were carried out. This training is a highly demanding program for a lot of industries looking for ISO certification. Tips were also given to make the process of documentation easier and even fruitful and interesting.
