Shiva Performance Materials Ltd., headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, has successfully completed its Surveillance Audit and renewed certifications for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, with no major non-conformities. The company, a leading global supplier of acids, alkyl chlorides, and advanced intermediates, has earned recognition for its commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Additionally, Shiva Performance Materials has received a silver medal from Ecovadis for corporate social responsibility and a score of 78 from TFS (Together for Sustainability) for its state-of-the-art facilities. It is one of the few companies authorized to use the Responsible Care logo.

Shiva Pharmachem Ltd. has also made significant progress in achieving IMS certification at its Karakhadi plant. Akshar Management Consultant (AMC) guided the company through this journey by reviewing existing compliance with ISO standards, completing documentation, and conducting quality risk assessments, hazard assessments, and environmental impact studies. AMC helped prepare an Onsite Emergency Plan in accordance with Gujarat Factory Rules and facilitated training and mock drills on-site. Additionally, AMC developed waste management procedures to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
