Environmental Law – Training @ Vadodara

Akshar Management Consultant is pleased to share an industry-focused event conducted over an extended period. Akshar hosted an open house training program titled *”Environmental Law – A Legal Aspect of Environmental Obligation”* at Hotel Suba Elite in Vadodara on January 25, 2020.

Participants from diverse companies, including Godrej, L&T, Mitsubishi, Gulbrandsen, Meghmani, Hanning Motors, Engineering India, and Terram, attended the program. The training covered recent National Green Tribunal (NGT) case outcomes, sparking considerable interest. It also addressed legal obligations under various laws, including the Water Act, Air Act, Environmental Protection Act, and regulations on biomedical, construction, plastic, e-, hazardous, and solid waste.

As an added initiative, Akshar provided each participant with training materials in electronic form (on a pen drive), which received positive feedback.
