IMS Documentation Training Completed @ Aarti Industries Ltd, Dahej

Akshar Management Consultant is honored to be selected once again by Aarti Industries Ltd for their Dahej plant IMS (Integrated Management System) certification. Having successfully completed three prior projects with Aarti Industries Ltd—namely, Unit-1 of the Jaghadia Plant, the Vapi Plant, and Unit-2 of the Jaghadia Plant—Akshar Management Consultant continues to build a strong partnership with Aarti Industries.

Recently, we proudly concluded the IMS Documentation Training for the Dahej plant, marking a significant step towards achieving IMS certification. This comprehensive training was part of a broader project that began with a thorough gap assessment. We meticulously reviewed the existing systems for quality, environment, and safety management. This review helped us identify areas needing improvement and align the existing processes with IMS standards.

Following the assessment, a dedicated core team was established to drive the implementation of IMS documentation. This team, comprising key personnel from Aarti Industries, was equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge through our intensive training sessions. The training focused on the preparation and implementation of IMS documentation, ensuring that the core team is well-prepared to manage and sustain the integrated management system.

The primary objective of the IMS Documentation Training was to facilitate a seamless transition towards IMS certification. By providing the core team with detailed guidance and practical insights, we aimed to empower them to create and maintain documentation that meets international standards. This documentation is crucial for the subsequent certification audit, which is expected to be completed by September 2017.
