Blue Star Limited is a leading manufacturer of domestic air conditioning & refrigeration units in India. It has total of 6 locations where Akshar Management Consultant is engaged and provided out sourced ISO Audit @ Blue Star Limited. Recently, the ISO Audit was conducted for one of these location i.e. Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The ISO Audit was a 3 day long session where all the departments were examined that were in the premises. It was carried on 21st to 23rd of July, 2022 by our passionate team members. The ISO audit comprised of site tour where our team surveyed every department and observed the well maintained site and scenarios for improvement. These observations were discussed together with the Department Heads and the members of the department. Closure meeting was held on the last day where every valuable inputs were discussed.

AMC team was astonished by the well maintained site and that led to a successful completion of ISO audit of Blue Star Limited at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Blue Star Ltd has already implemented ISO 9001:2015 (i.e. Quality Management System).
