ISO Third Party Audit @ Shiva Performance Materials, Karakhadi, Gujarat.

Akshar Management Consultant recently completed 5 years with Shiva Performance Materials Pvt. Ltd. AMC was called for ISO Third Party Audit for existing compliance of standards requirements and completed documentation including quality risk assessment, hazard & OHS risk assessment, environmental aspect impact study.

The Internal Audit was a 3 day long Internal Audit on 28th, 29th and 30th of July,2022 that covered every department in the premises. The ISO Third Party Audit comprised of site tour where our team surveyed every department and observed the immaculate site and scenarios for improvement. These observations were discussed together with the Department Heads and the members of the department. On the last day, closure meeting was held where every valuable inputs were discussed.

Shiva Performance Materials were highly admired by our hard work and our team was also highly appreciated for the inputs given and the efforts made to achieve the target within the time-span provided.
