Akshar Management Consultant is a leading ISO Certification Consultant & Training Institute. We provide ISO consultancy services to achieve improvements pertaining to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Energy and Food Safety. We were recently selected as a consultant for Cosmos Engitech Pvt. Ltd. in May,2022 and we are proud to announce the successful completion of IMS Internal Audit.

On 9th and 10th of November,2022 our team was called for Internal Audit that included every department in the premises. The IMS internal Audit comprised of site tour, completed documentation including quality risk assessment, hazard & OHS risk assessment, environmental aspect impact, plant visits, noting down real-time observations, reviewing existing compliance of standard requirements, etc. AMC team explored every department and noted down the valuable observations to further discuss with the Department Heads at the end of the day.

During the closure meeting all the departments Heads and members of each department were brought together to appreciate the well-maintained departments and discussing the scenarios for improvement. Every inputs from our team were duly noted and we were majorly uplifted by achieving the target within the period of time.
