Akshar Management Consultant gladly announces the successful completion of ‘7 QC Tools & Root Cause Analysis’ training for Bharuch District Management Association, Bharuch. The training was conducted on-site for one full day. The training comprised of Problem Solving Techniques through 7 QC Tools, various exercises as well as interesting case studies which kept the participants engaged and engrossed in the session.

The training course was not only about explaining basic quality control tools but also comprised of interactive sessions consisting of application-based exercises and multiple case studies & real-life examples for better in-depth understanding, thereby enhancing the understanding of the subject and easy application of the same in daily work assignments. The following topics were covered in the session and detailed exercises and examples were provided by the faculty, the team was highly interactive & enthusiastic and remained engaged throughout the session.
